What is DKIM?
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a cryptographic digital signature to every outgoing email. The public key is published as a DNS TXT record, allowing receiving mail servers to verify the email genuinely came from you and wasn't altered in transit.
What is a DKIM selector?
A DKIM selector is the prefix used in the DNS lookup path: {selector}._domainkey.{domain}. Common selectors include google (Google Workspace), default, mail, or a date-based identifier like 20230101. Check your email provider's documentation to find the correct selector.
